Questions we get asked
Can I pay by card?
Not yet. We take EFT once we have confirmed your order, and cash at the market table. Card payments will come when we open online sales properly.
How long does a jar keep?
Unopened and out of the sun, twelve months from the date on the lid. Once you open it, keep it in the fridge and finish it inside a month. It will not last a month.
Do you ship nationally?
Not currently. Glass and brine are a bad combination with couriers, and we would rather hand you the jar. Local delivery and collection only for now.
Can I order a mixed case?
Yes, and most people do. Add each jar as its own line on the form and note the sizes.
Do you do wedding favours or corporate gifts?
We do. Small jars with a custom label work well. Tell us the quantity and the date on the form and we will come back with a quote.
What about the empty jars?
Bring them back rinsed and we take R15 off your next order per jar. Lids too, if the seal is still good.
